About GDG
Eng. Kamal Ghoneim began his journey in 1968 with the founding of EFKO, specializing in infrastructure and electro-mechanical projects that shaped many of Egypt’s new urban communities, including Mokattam City. Over the decades, he expanded into real estate and agricultural investments, culminating in the establishment of GDG Development — a company focused on delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality real estate projects.
